1 Who is Sleep Deeper with Olivia?
1.1 When we refer to ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘Sleep Deeper with Olivia”, this means The Sleep Retreat PTY LTD (ABN 29673751454 / ACN: 673751454) and any wholly owned subsidiaries. We are based at our office in NSW, Australia.
2 What information do we collect?
2.1 Personal Information
Personal Information (or Personal Data) is information or an opinion that identifies you, or from which you can be reasonably identified, or as otherwise defined by applicable legislation.
Sleep Deeper with Olivia collects and stores Personal Information including:
(a) your name; (b) your email address; (c) your address, including shipping address; (d) your age and date of birth; (e) your gender; (f) your log-in details and password; (g) your health information, fitness and sleep history; (h) any information you voluntarily share with us when you interact with us via phone, email, social media or other forms of communication; (i) any other information provided voluntarily by you; (j) your response to surveys, competitions and promotions; (k) your marketing preferences such as whether you’d like to receive communications from us; (l) if you are a candidate for employment, we may collect additional information that is relevant to your employment such as work and education history; and/or (m) information automatically collected when you visit our Website, for example what type of device and browser you are using, as well as your location.
2.3 Location Data
The Application, with your explicit consent, may access and use your location data while the Application is in use or is continuing to operate in the background on your device.
2.4 Children
We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. The Website, Service, and the Application are not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. Sleep Deeper with Olivia does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

4 How do we collect your information?
4.1 Most of our data in relation to you comes from collecting it directly from you. Personal Information is collected from you when you:
(a) sign up, download or subscribe to Sleep Deeper with Olivia; (b) become a member or join specific offering such as a masterclass or undertake a trial of the Application; (c) engage with the Service; (d) visit our Website or use the Application; (e) create an account with us; (f) sign up to receive our tips, offers and marketing emails; (g) sign up for or attend a Sleep Deeper with Olivia event; (h) interact with us in any way via social media, including, for example, by following us on Instagram or joining our private Facebook or Instagram community; (i) contact us via phone, email, letter, social media or any other forum; (j) enter a competition or promotion; (k) respond to a survey; (l) consent to third parties sharing data with us; and (m) complete forms as part of an employment application.
4.2 We may, from time to time, work with third parties who assist us in our business, including to provide the Services, and may collect your data including health, sleep or general wellness information from that third party. We take steps to ensure that any data we collect from third parties is shared with us with your permission.
5 Why do we collect your information?
5.1 We want to give you the best experience possible when interacting with us and using the Sleep Deeper with Olivia Service. We collect information primarily to allow you to use the Application as well as enjoy the benefits of the Sleep Deeper with Olivia programs.
5.2 We collect your information for the following purposes:
(a) to allow you to access the Services; (b) to tailor our Services to you; (c) to be able to contact you in the case of any queries; (d) to contact you to participate in competitions, promotions or surveys; (e) to inform our marketing and business strategy; (f) to promote our business;(g) to assist you to assess, maintain, improve or manage your health, sleep and overall wellness; (h) to personalise and customise your experience on our Website and Application; and (i) for fraud prevention purposes.
5.3 We may use your Personal Information to send you marketing messages as well as keep you updated on all things Sleep Deeper with Olivia where you have consented to receive such communications or would reasonably expect to receive such communications, and you have not requested to cease receiving such communications. 5.4 What happens if we are unable to collect your Personal Information?
If we are unable to collect your Personal Information, we may not be able to fulfil our obligations to you including providing the Service. We may not be able to provide you with goods and services, or answer enquiries about the goods and services we provide. Your experience when interacting with us may be delayed or not as efficient as we would like. We also will be unable to keep you informed of the latest updates, promotions, rewards, competitions and marketing messages.
5.5 We will provide you with the opportunity of remaining anonymous or using a pseudonym in your dealings with us where it is lawful and practicable. Generally, it is not practicable or lawful for us to deal with individuals anonymously or pseudonymously.
6 Disclosure and Sharing of your data

7 Do we disclose your information overseas?
7.1 Sleep Deeper with Olivia is based in Australia. As a result, the majority of our service providers are also based in Australia. However, Sleep Deeper with Olivia may, from time to time, disclose your information to our third party services providers that may have international infrastructure and/or that may store data overseas.
7.2 Examples of when your Personal Information may be shared overseas include:
(a) for storage purposes. Our main data storage systems are based in New South Wales, Australia; however, we also store data in servers based in the United States of America and throughout Europe;(b) in order for our third-party service providers who assist us with our business to undertake required work. For example, our software providers have, from time to time, been based overseas including in India; or(c) to collaborate with overseas partners from time to time.
7.3 We only ever disclose your Personal Information outside the jurisdiction where it was collected where we are permitted to do so under applicable laws. 12 Residents in the European Economic Area
12.1 This Privacy Policy also applies to residents of the European Economic Area in compliance with the GDPR.
